To void a tracking number for a shipping label generated through Mercury Commerce, you should first lookup the order in VendorBridge by clicking the lookup an order option on the homepage. (Enter image to show lookup order from home screen)
Enter the VendorBridge order number, or the PO number of the order in question
Click the Void order option to send a void request to the corresponding carrier the label was generated from. (Enter image of Void shipment)
