Why you do not see a menu, button or price

Shipping Center shows only what your organization uses and what your role allows, so two people can see different menus, buttons and prices.

Features your organization does not use

A feature your organization has not turned on is not greyed out. It is simply not there: not in the menus, not on the forms, not on the Dashboard and not in reports. Examples are Bulk Ship, Campaigns, Approvals, Mailroom and Refunds.

Some need the feature and a right. Bulk Ship and Campaigns need the feature and the right to use Power Ship. Mailroom and Refunds depend on the features your organization uses.

What your role covers

Your role decides what you can do and what you can see. Someone who ships a few packages a week and someone who runs shipping for the whole organization sign in to the same product and see different menus, because they have different jobs. Someone who can use only Quick Ship sees Quick Ship as a link of its own, with no Ship menu. Your profile can also limit the carriers, services, packaging and locations you can ship with.

Prices

Whether you see what a shipment costs is set separately from whether you can create it. It is normal for a user to see a service and its arrival date with no price beside it.

Where you can ship from

To see every location you may ship from, and why each one is yours, open the My Account menu and choose My shipping locations. The page, My Shipping Locations, is read only. If a location you expected is missing, it may be inactive or may not have anything it can be charged to yet.

If you think something is missing

Ask your administrator. They can change your role, profile, home location and locations.
