How to sign in with a password, set your password the first time, reset a forgotten password, and use company sign-in or a passkey.
Sign in with a password
- Go to your organization's Shipping Center address.
- On the sign-in page, type your email address and your password.
- If the page offers Remember me, tick it only on a device that is yours.
- Choose Sign in.
Set your password the first time
When your administrator adds you, you get a welcome email with a single-use link. The email never contains a password.
- Open the email and choose the link.
- Your email address is already filled in. Type your new password twice.
- Choose Set Password & Sign In.
The link expires. If yours has expired, or you never got the email, use Forgot your password? as described below. It sends you a new link.
If you forget your password
- On the sign-in page, choose Forgot your password?.
- Type your email address and submit it.
- Open the email you receive and follow the link to set a new password.
The confirmation looks the same whether or not an account exists for the address you typed. If no email arrives within a few minutes, check the address and try again.
Sign in with your company account (single sign-on)
If your organization has turned on single sign-on, you can sign in with the same work account you use for everything else.
- On the sign-in page, choose Sign in with your Office 365 corporate logon. On your organization's own sign-in link, the button carries the name your administrator gave it.
- Type your work email address. Shipping Center sends you to your organization's own sign-in page.
- Complete your company's usual sign-in.
Your administrator decides whether passwords keep working alongside single sign-on. If you sign in this way, change your password where you change your other work passwords, not in Shipping Center.
Sign in with a passkey
A passkey lets you sign in with whatever unlocks your device: your face, your fingerprint or your device PIN. It is an extra way in. Your password keeps working.
- Open the My Account menu and choose Passkeys.
- In Name it, type a name you will recognize, such as the device it is on. The name is optional. A blank name becomes "Passkey".
- Choose Add a passkey and follow your device's own prompt.
Next time, choose Sign in with a passkey on the sign-in page. A passkey belongs to the address you signed in at (and to the device or account that holds it), so add one wherever you sign in. If you do not see the button, your browser does not support passkeys: sign in with your password.
- Each passkey on the Passkeys page has a Remove button.
- With single sign-on, passkeys are not offered. Any passkeys added earlier are removed the first time you sign in that way.
- An organization can switch passkeys off. The page then says "Passkeys are not available for your organization".
Sign out
Open the My Account menu and choose Sign Out.
